IDMSA Brokerage House Sells Shares in Polski Bank Przedsiębiorczości for PLN95 Million (CEE and CIS)

Poland-based financial services group IDMSA Brokerage House has sold a 45 percent stake in Polski Bank Przedsiębiorczości (PBP Bank) to Eastern Europe-focused private equity firm Abris Capital Partners for PLN95 million (approximately US$28 million).
