Enterprise Investors to Sell NordGlass to AGC Automotive Europe (CEE and CIS)

Central and Eastern Europe-focused private equity and venture capital fund manager Enterprise Investors has agreed to sell its 100  percent stake in Poland-based automotive glass manufacturer NordGlass to Belgium-based flat glass producer AGC Automotive Europe for  EUR80 million (approximately US$87 million).
