India-focused investment firm ChrysCapital has invested approximately US$40 million for a 4 percent stake in Indian pharmaceuticals manufacturer Ipca Laboratories. The investment was reportedly made through incremental share purchases on the Bombay Stock Exchange over the past 5 to 6 months.
