RRJ Capital Invests ~USD101 To Acquire Singapore’s Fullerton Health

RRJ Capital invested SGD140m (~USD101m) in new equity to merge Fullerton Healthcare Corporation with Fullerton Health, a Singapore-based pan-Asian healthcare provider. The company has also secured a SGD250m (~USD181m) senior loan facility from three banks to facilitate the merger. RRJ Capital’s existing perpetual securities and convertible preference shares have been canceled and offset by SGD180m in new shares issued by Fullerton Health, giving RRJ a majority stake in the company.
