Gaurav Ahuja is a Managing Director with ChrysCapital and has been with the firm since 2004.  He is responsible for the LP Relations and Fund Raising functions at ChrysCapital.  Mr. Ahuja is a member of the Investment Committee and until recently was part of ChrysCapital’s Business Services investment team.  Prior to joining ChrysCapital, he was in the M&A group at Lazard Freres in San Francisco and Merrill Lynch in New York.  Mr. Ahuja received an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Economics from the University of Virginia.

Gavin Anderson is based in the Hong Kong office and is a member of the firm’s Investment Funds and Investment Management Group. He has broad experience in advising sponsors and investors on a variety of issues, including fund formation, coinvestment, fund restructurings and carried interest arrangements.

Mr. Anderson earned his B.A. (Hons) from the University of Oxford (Brasenose College) in 2000 and PgDL from the College of Law at Guildford in 2001. He graduated from the Legal Practice Course at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice in 2002. Prior to joining Debevoise in 2006, he trained and worked as an associate at an international law firm in London.

Sumesh Girhotra

Sumesh brings substantial policy advocacy experience on economic development initiatives such as investment climate reform, making markets work in India’s low income states. Sumesh leads DFID India’s work with several partners – Banks/FIs/Investment Funds – both government and private. Sumesh holds an MBA from SPJIMR, Mumbai and a B.Tech from National Institute of Technology (Kozhikode).

Dominic Goh

Dominic Goh joined HarbourVest in 2012 and focuses on secondary investments. This includes analyzing, structuring, and monitoring a wide range of secondary transaction types. Dominic was previously at Coller Capital where he evaluated secondary opportunities, and contributed to deal sourcing and fundraising efforts in Asia. Prior to that, he was an investment banking associate at ABN AMRO London in the Financial Institutions Group.

Dominic received a BSc (First Class Honours) in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2005. Dominic is fluent in Mandarin.
