CapMan Russia, a Russian private equity fund managed by CapMan, has acquired a minority stake in local sporting goods retail chain Top League. The chain currently consists of 55 stores located in 16 cities in the Southern, North-Caucasus and Central Federal Districts of Russia. The funding will be used to accelerate the company’s expansion across Russia over the next few years. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
