eDaijia Raises US$100 Million in Series D Round (Asia)

China-based provider of mobile designated driving services eDaijia has completed a US$100 million Series D financing round led by global private equity firm Warburg Pincus and venture capital firms Matrix Partners and Lightspeed Venture Partners. The company had previously completed a US$25 million Series C funding round, in which Matrix and Lightspeed participated, in October 2014. The new financing will enable the company to accelerate its growth and provide better services for car owners.
