Horizon Capital, a private equity fund manager focused on investments in mid-cap companies in Ukraine and the neighboring region, has acquired a minority stake in Ukraine-based private health care services provider Dobrobut through Emerging Europe Growth Fund III. Dobrobut owns and operates a network of clinics and hospitals in the Kiev region and will partner with Horizon to open new clinics and expand its medical service offerings. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
