Fundo Pitanga, a Brazilian private equity fund, has invested in Brazilian industrial automation systems developer I.Systems. I.Systems has developed a tool to improve the performance of current industrial automation software, and intends to use the funding to market its product in Brazil and abroad. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
