Singapore-based digital asset management platform Kristal.AI has raised US$1.85 million in a seed round led by technology-focused venture capital firm IDG Ventures India. Several angel investors, including Shailesh Rao and Amit Gupta, also participated in the round. Kristal.AI, which caters to investment funds and family offices in Singapore, Hong Kong and India, plans to use the funds to improve its technology, integrate machine learning capabilities into its financial advisory services and expand geographically.
