Southeast Asia-focused venture capital firm Insignia Ventures Partners has reached a final close for Insignia Ventures Fund II with USD200 million in capital commitments. Investors in the fund include sovereign wealth funds, university endowments, foundations, and family offices from Asia, Europe, and North America. The fund will make early-stage investments in technology-focused startups based in Southeast Asia.
