Intel Capital, EBRD, Flint Capital and VTB Capital Invest US$7.3 Million in (CEE and CIS)

Russia-based web and video conferencing software company has raised US$7.3 million in a Series A financing round led by Intel Corporation’s venture capital arm Intel Capital and development finance institution European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Private equity firm Flint Capital and asset manager VTB Capital, the investment arm of Russia-based VTB Group, also participated. VTB Capital originally invested in the company in 2011. The company intends to use the funds to strengthen its position and accelerate research and development.
