Southeast Asia-focused private equity firm KV Asia Capital, together with its local and international partners, has acquired a controlling interest in Malaysia-based hypermarket chain TF Value-Mart. The transaction was structured through KV Asia Capital’s investment vehicle Peta Sejahtera. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
