Central and Eastern Europe-focused private equity firm Mid Europa Partners has agreed to sell Bambi, a Serbia-based snack food manufacturer, to Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company for EUR260 million (approximately USD294 million). Mid Europa originally acquired the company in 2015. The sale is subject to customary competition authority approval and is expected to close in Q2 2019.
