Asia-focused private equity firm RRJ Capital has led a US$250 million investment in China-based logistics property developer and service provider China Logistics Property Holdings (CNLP). The investor consortium included additional undisclosed investors from Singapore, Europe, the United States and Canada. CNLP will use the investment to expand its network of logistics warehouse projects in China. RRJ Capital previously participated in a US$250 million round of financing for the company in April 2014.
