Brazil-focused alternative investment and asset management firm Vinci Partners has sold a 10 percent stake in Brazil-listed energy holding company Equatorial Energia via a share sale worth BRL522 million (approximately US$183 million). Vinci Partners continues to hold a 12.9 percent stake in the company.
