Institutional Relations


Eduardo is the Managing Director, Institutional Relations at GPCA, overseeing the organization’s global membership and institutional investor network. He is also responsible for activities related to GPCA’s Board of Directors, and Leadership Councils.

Most recently, Eduardo was Chief Operating Officer at G42 Asset Management, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi-based Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Computing company G42. He led the firm’s non-investment activities including compliance of regulatory requirements, financial management and reporting, and relationships with external service providers.

Prior to joining G42, Eduardo was Director of Research at LAVCA, where he was responsible for the delivery of research products and services to LAVCA’s Members and to the Latin America private capital community.

Before LAVCA, Eduardo was a Senior Research and Analytics Manager at Private Equity
International (PEI), leading research and analytics teams in New York, London, and Hong Kong.

Previously, Eduardo served as Head of Broadband Technology and Services at Entel, the
largest Chilean telecommunications operator.

Eduardo holds a BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering from Universidad de Chile, an M.B.A. from
Baruch College (CUNY), and a certificate in private equity from the Wharton Aresty Institute of
Executive Education.
