Harald Zeiter is a Managing Director, General Counsel, Head of Legal and Compliance and member of the Executive Committee at Capital Dynamics, a Swiss based asset management company that invests in private equity and clean energy infrastructure. Capital Dynamics manages investments through a broad range of products including separate accounts, private equity funds and structured private equity products, and has extensive emerging markets investment experience. Prior to joining Capital Dynamics, Harald was a US lawyer at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in London, and also worked as a Swiss lawyer in Zurich at Homburger AG and Bär & Karrer AG, specializing in M&A and capital markets. He is admitted to practice in New York and Switzerland, and holds a Juris Doctor in Law (lic.iur.) from the University of Fribourg and an LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center.
