Leandro Cuccioli has more than 20 years of experience across the private and public sectors in Latin America, the UK, Africa and Asia. He is the Head of Consumer & Industrials at British International Investment (BII).
Before joining BII, Mr. Cuccioli was for more than three years at the cabinet of the Government of Argentina, as Commissioner of Argentina’s Tax and Customs Authority and, before that, as Secretary of State for Financial Services.
Mr. Cuccioli spent close to a decade in the private markets arm of Capital Group investing in growth capital private equity transactions in emerging markets and representing the fund in several investee companies’ boards. Before joining Capital, Mr. Cuccioli spent a few years with BP developing the wind power business in China.
Mr. Cuccioli is an engineer graduated from the Instituto Tecnologico de Buenos Aires (ITBA) and has an MBA by the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
